FIT Tech Ascent - Tech Apprenticeship Expo

Taking place in Croke Park, Dublin, this expo is a great opportunity to
explore job opportunities in the Irish tech market via tech apprenticeship programmes.
About the event
The event had two time slots, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I went to the event in the afternoon, so I
arrived at 2 p.m. when it started. It lasted until 5:45 p.m., but I could only stay for an hour because I had things to do.
Even so, I still saw all of the organisations there and talked with a few of them. I had fun at the event and saw a few
apprenticeships that interested me.

Kilmainham Gaol

This is the first time that I have visited Kilmainham, and I really like it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially if
you are interested in Irish history. Even if you don't have an interest in the history, it is still a fun place to visit.
About the event
The tour was fun and informative, and the tour guide kept it engaging and you could tell that he was really passionate about
the history. I think that was one of the reasons I liked it so much; the passion he gave off infected me and made me more
interested in what he was saying and, as such, more interested in the tour. The tour started at 11 a.m. and lasted for around an
hour, but because I was having so much fun, the time flew by. I would definitely go again some time in the future.
